I can't find the dealer review forum, how do I get to it?

it is called the dealer review and pricing forum
and you can aces it from the main page or from the drop down menu below

Where? I am looking for the Dealer Review (only) the one that used to have a star rating....maybe it used to be on a different LexusOwners webiste. One was able to look up dealer by state and see reviews and ratings.
