Last week the remote lock feature on my 06 Gx470 failed, but came bacvk next day. It was not the keys as all keys did not work. Any ideas? BTW, my guarentee ran out two weeks prior to lock failure!!! :

So the buttons on the remote are not functioning but you can lock and unlock the car by inserting the key in the keyhole on the driver's door?

This maybe dumb answer... but could check the battery by using a 9v Torch lamp bulb, if not you need to replace from a watch repair shop. The battery is Panasonic CR .$$$$ something,, just can remember on top of my head... jeez getting old!!!
