Have 76K on my 03 GX, in for inspection today and they found a pinhole in the radiator. Seems early for such problems. Haas anyone else had this issue so early on???

I recently took my 2004 GX470 in for routine maintenance. I was told that the shop observed pink deposits, indicating a small leak. We have about 75k on the vehicle.
I called to day to schedule for radiator replacement. The shop said they had one in yesterday, and another scheduled for tomorrow. I am using an independent shop now (toyota and lexus trained guys). Either this is a problem showing up more, or I, and some others, are being taken.
