Is it normal to have the car/key flashes on the dash board after you exit the car? This is the first time I notice it. Is it something wrong with the security system? Thanks in advance for helping.

It is normal. Actually after you exit the vehicle and arm the car, the key will glow steadily for about 30 seconds, symbolizing that the system is giving you 30 seconds before it fully arms.

But it's perfectly normal and enjoy the vehicle!
