I was wondering if anyone here uses the lexus link? I'm coming from an 2005 Escalade that had on star and loved it. Has anyone used the personal calling feature? Who is the carrier is it Verizon? Is there somewhere I can see the plans and prices of this feature?

the lexus link is something that lexus doesnt exactly promote. I dont have it in any of my lexus cars, and my brother in law cancelled his subscription in his LS. It costs money every month and i doubt you will need it. If theres an accident, i think somebody can call 911 for you instead of having to remove the plastic cover and pushing the red ambulance

IIRC, Lexus link was discontinued back in '04 or 05. They were offering to remove it from your system for free.

They have brought it back in the GX and LX. Its now a dual mode {digital/analog} So it will work next year when they switch over the federal system. It was great on the LS where they could unlock your doors for you. You should be able to find more info on the lexus site..

I have Lexus Link on my GX470 and I think it's good. But in all honesty i rarely use it but its' good to know it's there if you need it. I've used it a couple times and the operators on Lexus link are very nice and helpful. Here the website to more information.
