Has anyone installed dual exhaust on their GX470? Is the factory planning to offer them?

Factory as in Toyota?
Toyota/Lexus knows nothign of performance and will not as of this point produce anything unless it is average.
If you want a dual exhaust you can go to a muffler shop and get a custom made one easily enough to have a dual exhaust .
Your truck is based on the 4runner so there is a nice bit of parts for those trucks outside of toyota.

The factory don't even offer twin tail pipes, never mine dual exhaust 
On www.tte.de Toyota Racing Development has performance parts for Landcruiser 120 / 125, It is very similar to the Lexus GX470. It offers dual dxhaust.

Dual exhaust would be cool, I wonder how far away they are considering how some of the other manufacturers are putting out some seriously hot trucks.
